Heather joined the Partners team in 2017 with more than a decade of experience in the Senior Living industry managing both operations and design development. She has overseen the development of 11 ground-up Senior Living developments including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Heather is committed to driving innovative design concepts and progressive development features that maximize the experience of senior residents.
