Ian has over 8 years of transaction and construction experience in commercial and residential real estate. Joining PDG in 2022, Ian has gained quick traction in his day-to-day oversight of PDG’s Cap-Ex program’s and has played a big part in the framework allowing it to be successful. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Valdosta State University.
